As the official SMIK SUP importer for Europe, we serve the European Union markets through this online shop, and a network of dealers.
We currently sell and deliver all products available on this online shop to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Turkey.
If you reside in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Channel Islands or Melilla, please get in touch with us to request VAT-excluded prices.
We are currently unable to sell and deliver all products available on this online shop to the following countries:
Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland.
Items that can be shipped to Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will appear on our website without VAT, but may incur import charges and duties. As a rule of thumb, boards, paddles and items longer than 240 cm cannot be shipped to the aforementioned countries,
If you reside in the countries mentioned above and you would like to purchase something that's not available on our website, please visit our dealers page or get in touch with us.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to the mainland European Union for all boards and wings purchase.
We offer free shipping on other items for orders over 100€.
Once we have received your order, we will proceed to package and ship boards within two business days for boards and other items within one business day.
We take the greatest care in packaging and protecting your items.
We work with Correos, DHL Freight and DHL Parcel to deliver parcels of all sizes within the European Union, but may occasionally use a different transporter depending on your location.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive the tracking information by e-mail, at the address provided during check-out.
Boards are delivered in 5 to 6 business days. Other items are delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them and before signing the delivery form, with the delivery courier present, and report any damages directly to the transporter. It is absolutely necessary to document the damages with photos and/or videos in order for us to activate the insurance policy. Failure to do so will void our responsibility and we will not be able to reimburse you.
