Refund policy

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at antoine@smiksup-europe.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to us in Spain, at your expense.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

We package your items with the greatest care and attention, and work with reliable and professional couriers but accidents do happen.

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them, with the delivery courier present, and report any damages directly to the transporter. Document the damages with photos and/or videos.

If you do not report the damages to the transporter directly, and fail to take sufficient photographic evidence, we will not be able to file a claim for you and provide a solution. Please contact us immediately afterwards with the details, and pictures so that we can resolve your issue.

Depending on the damages, we will either offer a refund, an exchange or cover the repair costs if repair is an option.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve the issue for you as fast as possible.
